We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer specializing in HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a focus on streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee experiences.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, primarily within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize HR case management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and other HRSD functionalities.
• Build and maintain custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module (e.g., HR Cases, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, HR Knowledge).
• Good understanding of other processes and modules (e.g., ITSM, SPM, Resource Management) is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (both client-side and server-side).
• Experience working with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Basic understanding of databases (e.g., tables, relationships, queries).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with update sets, source control, and deployment processes in ServiceNow.
