Job Description
NETZSCH Pumps USA is growing and looking for a motivated, eexperienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift. This position is responsible for operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.

NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years. The CNC Machinist II will complete the following duties among others:
- Maintain quality and safety standards, supplies, and equipment.
- Machine parts per program and follow all guidelines for machine operation and part measurements.
- Make offsets and tool changes as per recommendations of manager and Lead Machinist.
- Monitor cutting of parts for possible cycle time improvements or excessive tool wear.
- Make parts to company standards and drawings.
- Log all time in ERP system.
- Support customer requirements and delivery date.
- Comply with corporate policies & OSHA rules relating to equipment maintenance & safety.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years experience operating CNC machines in a job shop environment. Applicants must be able to check parts using inspection equipment according to drawings and Company standards. In addition, candidates should have:
- Must be skilled in the production of parts with close tolerances.
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to perform standard shop calculations and knowledge of technical math.
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
