Job Description

We are currently looking for a capable Executive Assistant or Office Manager to fill a part-time contract role with a view to becoming a permanent employee within a globally-aligned, boutique media agency. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Effective understanding of and interest in the Australian media industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate management of data 
  • Ability to liaise with and co-ordinate service providers
  • Must be organized, efficient and adaptable to new challenges
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
