This is what you will do:

1. Be part of a 1 or 2 man leadership team for one of our ventures

2. Develop a culture that enables extremely high performance through mutual support, collaboration and personal development

3. Take complete ownership for all parts of the venture, including setting the market entry strategy, implementing and managing milestones and KPIs, P&L / reporting, setting up the operations, and recruiting and developing your team

This is why you are great:

1. Bachelor’s degree/MBA from a top university

2. 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or in a leadership position of a high growth startup

3. Sales personality combined with data driven decision making mindset

4. You believe that your people are your greatest asset, and treat them as such

5. A professional who can communicate effectively with clients

6. Native German and fluent English, both written and oral

7. Bonus if you have previous experience in our focus industries
