Job Description
NELOGIS is seeking a Safety Manager to support DLA Distribution operations in the State of California and has identified a need for distribution and warehousing services. DLA Distribution primary mission is to manage and execute efficient and effective receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, Care of Supplies in Storage, stock control, stock selection, issue processing, packing, shipping, and distribution of repair parts and secondary items in support of on-base, local, and worldwide customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety program enforcement for Contractor operations.
Ensure new employees receive SOH training and all employees receive refresher training IAW OSHA.
Qualifications
- Experience shall include a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the SOH field within the past five (5) years.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- + Previous experience at a DLA Distribution Depot is a positive

Position is Full Time Positions (40 hrs per week).
