Job Description
We are hiring for Software Engineer – CRM Support
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Mumbai (Worli)
Shift: UK Shift (starting at 11:00 AM; 8.5 working hours)

- We are seeking a highly capable individual with strong technical troubleshooting skills, able to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system and process issues within a CRM-driven environment.
- The role demands the ability to rapidly learn and absorb complex business processes, understanding both system functionality and how it supports organisational operations.
- You must be confident operating in a customer-facing capacity, with excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A key requirement is the ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively, making sound decisions under pressure while ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs. This includes knowing when to escalate issues appropriately to third parties or management, ensuring timely resolution without compromising service quality.
- You will have experience working within an Agile delivery framework, actively contributing to Scrum ceremonies, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and continuously improving team practices.
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- A deep understanding of business processes supported by CRM, and how these translate into system functionality
- Awareness of data flows and integrations between multiple CRM and enterprise systems
- The ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks, delivering to agreed timelines with minimal supervision
- Commitment to best practices in development, support, and project delivery
Technical skills required:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Finally, you will be a proactive and highly motivated learner, with a proven ability to quickly build new skills and adapt within a rapidly evolving technical and business landscape.
