Relevant Experience (years): upto 6 years

Industry / Technology background: No specific domain however preferred as Media/ Publishing

Role Summary:

Contribute to discussions and assist in story definitions. Participate and contribute to User Groups

Ability to do data visualisation and requirement conceptualisation

Oversee data deployment to the data warehouse

Ability to read and decipher SQL code

Proven ability to mine and query data across structured data sets

Wrangle data from a wide variety of data sets and assemble into normalized and enriched data assets that enables new insights, solutions, and visualizations.

Perform and document data profiling, quality assessment, source consolidation, aggregation and other data manipulation efforts.

Ability to quickly learn new data sources and programming languages (e.g. SQL)

Basic knowledge or experience with relational databases

Ability to understand relationship between tables and create entity relationship diagrams

Ability to understand applications, Reports and processes and relation with each to other

Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

Create policies and procedures for data collection, visualisation and analysis

Ability to perform end to end testing

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong emphasis in formulas, pivot tables and data visualizations

Production of quality test plans, test scenarios and scripts ensuring business requirements are met using SQL queries as required.

Produce appropriate testing documentation to the standard required. Knowledge of Zephyr scale.

Ability to develop and maintain product roadmap in conjunction with development

Ability to identify gaps/ risks in functional and non-functional requirements and finding workarounds to address them

Ability to liaise with customers to agree on plans, workarounds and apprise them of the gaps

Ensure transparency of the process between customer and development

Provide guidance to BAs and data analysts

Respond to queries from Development and QA from estimation to delivery, liaise with the Product Owner as required, and attend/conduct showcases.

Manage project through status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking issues

To ensure work products conform to quality and control standards. Contribute to agreement and sign off of the stories with the customer. Answer queries from customer and fine tune stories.

Contributes to the identification of solution alternatives, elicits and develops business and functional requirements that meet the needs of the business.

Negotiate and liaise between business teams, technology teams, and support teams

Work across multiple teams and be involved in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management of user stories of all complexity levels.

Attend workshops around large scale items with Customer and Product Owner.
