Job Description
The Principal CSM will have responsibility for ensuring end to end services provided to our Customers are functioning, and meet contracted service levels and quality standards to customer satisfaction as well as NECSWS.
You will have responsibility for a team of Senior CSM’s who will each have their own teams who are responsible for managing and developing customer relationships at senior level to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure services are maintained in line with the Customer’s strategy.
The teams will work across NEC to document, monitor, measure and improve services delivered to Customers through the use of Service Improvement Plans.
The Principal CSM will be an escalation point for Service teams and the Customer ensuring correct outcomes are achieved and in line with contracted services.
Working closely with the leads in Professional Services and Operational Engineering and other Heads of Delivery in CST this role will ensure quality service and support to live contracts across NECSWS.
The Principal CSM role will be primarily home based but as the team has staff working across several UK locations, regular travel to and working at these sites will be required based on business need.
The Principal CSM role is a customer facing role and regular contact with NECSWS customers is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined Service and Support team across several geographic locations
- Experience in creating, growing and managing effective Service teams
- Experience in managing geographically disparate teams working on multiple products
- Service Management background with experience managing £50k to £5m Support Contracts
- Competitive tendering of complex service and support solutions.
- Experienced operating at a senior level
- Excellent Communicator – Personal and Presentation Skills
- Proven client relationship management background.
- Ability to listen, influence, negotiate and make decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills.
