As part of the delivery team, you will be responsible for not only creating/maintaining and directing project plan execution but also be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of projects according to SOW. You will be required to work on multiple projects at any given time of course depending on team capacity and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure defined processes/procedures are followed which include project documentation, plans, status reports etc.
• Be responsible for team performance, cost, scope, team scheduling, quality etc.
• Identify opportunities and communicate with the sales team
• Assist as required in the sales process for identified opportunities may that be identifying a service/product for a client and or scoping out new requirements and estimating efforts for new opportunities identified
• Ensuring projects are properly planned according to nClouds process/procedures and staffed
• Identify and raise staffing needs in a timely fashion
• Track issues and risks to the projects and escalate in a timely fashion as required
• Work with client project managers and be part of a team and demonstrate nClouds values
• Work with client-side project managers to identify and or remove any risks/blockers in a timely fashion
• Proactively work with clients to deliver SOW items and or resolve any concerns/issues that may arise
• Identify and present out of scope items to the sales team and clients in a timely fashion
• Identifying any new training needs for the team
• Coordinate with customer success manager to enhance relationships with clients to add more value and to identify upsell opportunities

About You:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the IT industry, running a variety of projects, end-to-end.
• 3+ years in process building, gap analysis, etc...
• Cloud space experience is a must.
• Good technical background, with an understanding of technical projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Atlassian products like Jira/Confluence.
