We currently have an urgent opening for a 100% remote Product Manager role to drive this process by owning the definition of the “what” and “why” in our product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product business models and hypotheses by corresponding directly with customers and domain experts

• Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

• Drive understanding of customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

• Work with engineers to shape the nature and scope of present and future product lines, as well as to plan and coordinate work

• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and maintain product positioning and messaging, as well as to coordinate product launch activities

• Maintain organization-wide visibility of your team’s learning and performance via technology and direct interaction.

• Develop lightweight business cases for new features by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses

• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.

• A passion for innovation and an understanding of the product and customer development processes that harness it

• An understanding of the DevOps and Cloud industries and their needs

• Understanding of DevOps and Cloud technology and architecture concepts (engineering experience a plus!)

• 5+ years experience as an IT Product Manager (B2B product development experience, ideally for SMB technology products, a plus!)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Excellent team- and relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external parties

• Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and project management skills

• Team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• Natural tendency to be positive, creative, and curious
