We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate Director to lead the growth, commercial performance and executive engagement of one or more strategic client accounts.

As the senior account leader, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, developing long-term account strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes for clients while driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability for NCS.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute strategic account growth plans aligned to client priorities and transformation agendas. 
  • Build and strengthen trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders. 
  • Identify, shape and lead strategic opportunities across multiple service lines.
  • Drive complex pursuits, commercial negotiations and executive-level engagements. 
  • Partner with consulting, engineering, delivery and managed services teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Maintain oversight of account performance, client satisfaction and commercial success. 
  • Mentor and influence cross-functional teams while championing account management excellence. 

This is an opportunity to work with some of NCS Australia's most strategic clients, influence major transformation initiatives and play a pivotal role in our continued growth

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience within technology services, consulting or a related industry.
  • Proven success managing and growing large strategic client accounts. 
  • Strong track record of achieving sales, revenue and profitability targets. 
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders. 
  • Expertise in leading complex commercial pursuits and shaping strategic opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, commercially minded and client-centric approach
