Job Description
We’re seeking experienced Process Design Managers / Business Process Consultants to join a major telecommunications transformation program supporting large-scale IT and operating model change.
This is a hands-on delivery role for professionals who can take ownership of a workstream, work independently, and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments.
About the role
You will work across key business and customer-facing domains to:
- Redesign end-to-end business processes within a large transformation program
- Lead fit-gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change
- Translate high-level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real-world outcomes
- Support either direct transformation delivery or backfill operational teams enabling transformation activity
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, essential
- Strong experience in process redesign / process improvement / operating model transformation
- Ability to operate at a Manager level (leading small workstreams independently)
- Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Hands-on, practical delivery mindset (not purely theoretical)
Highly regarded experience
- Telecommunications or large-scale customer/channel environments (contact centre, retail, digital, sales & service)
- Experience using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
- Exposure to transformation areas such as:
- Billing
- Identity & access management
- Fraud, risk or compliance
- Payments, collections or customer hardship
What we don’t need
- Pure Business Analysts without process redesign experience
- Theoretical consultants without practical delivery examples
