Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with extensive SAP expertise to join our team.

This role is designed for a self-driven functional expert capable of independently managing, supporting, and optimizing an end-to-end S/4HANA ecosystem. Operating in an AMS and project rollout capacity, you will be the primary anchor ensuring system reliability, continuous platform improvement, and seamless cross-module integration. What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Environment Management: Independently manage and support an enterprise S/4HANA environment, balancing day-to-day AMS support with high-impact rollout initiatives.

  • Workshop & Design Leadership: Lead interactive design workshops and solution walkthroughs, effectively serving as the bridge between business finance requirements and complex technical architecture teams.

  • Cross-Module Integration: Architect and maintain seamless integration patterns between core FICO modules and broader SAP functional areas, specifically MM, SD, and PP.

  • Enhancements & Production Support: Drive the technical execution of system enhancements, handle complex troubleshooting, and resolve high-priority user issues to stabilize production environments.

  • Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to key client stakeholders, translating complex system limitations or enhancements into clear, value-driven business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • SAP Mastery: A comprehensive career history dedicated to SAP ecosystems, with deep expertise across core FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.

  • S/4HANA Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience navigating S/4HANA AMS environments and platform rollouts.

  • Integration Fluency: Strong cross-module integration knowledge spanning SAP MM, SD, and PP.

  • Consulting & Analytical Edge: Outstanding stakeholder management skills coupled with sharp analytical problem-solving capabilities required to stabilize highly complex production systems.

  • AMS Framework Knowledge: Comfort operating within standard application management support structures, maintaining a keen focus on long-term system health and continuous optimization.

Highly Regarded (Good to Have):

  • Full lifecycle, end-to-end SAP implementation experience.

  • Exposure to complex S/4HANA migration projects or legacy ECC 6.0 upgrades.
