Job Summary
IT Admin support for Customer's ATFM in charge of customer's Day to Day operation in processing SR and Assisting EUSS Team in managing user request.

Responsibilities | CORE

• Raise request to facilitate Whole-of-Government (WOG) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Certificate Issuance
• Creation, modification, and management of generic AD accounts
• Administration of shared mailboxes, including creation, permission setting, and ongoing management
• Process and resolve standard SRs through the designated ITSM system in accordance with the agreed SLA’s
• Manage the Personal Security Manager (PSM) Issuance
• Coordinate the issuance and Clean/Travel Laptop as required by the agency
• Perform User Access Management (UAM) which mainly includes the following (Provisioning/Deprovisioning/updating) of user accounts
• Execute TY common administrative tasks as defined and required by the agency

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with system administration and IT support functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to corporate communication standards
