We're looking for an experienced Lead Consultant, Network to join our organization in Singapore. In this strategic role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network infrastructure solutions for our enterprise clients. You will combine deep technical expertise with consulting acumen to deliver transformative network strategies that drive business value and operational excellence.

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions tailored to client requirements and organizational objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple environments
• Conduct comprehensive network assessments and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance, security, and cost-efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging network technologies, including cloud networking and software-defined networking solutions
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions that minimize downtime and maximize system reliability
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in network infrastructure and security
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Ensure all network implementations comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies

• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation within enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and security protocols
• Advanced knowledge of cloud networking solutions and multi-cloud environments
• Strong proficiency with major network vendors and platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and threat mitigation strategies
• Solid understanding of network automation, scripting, and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of successful client engagement and stakeholder management
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking credentials
• Preferred: Consulting experience and familiarity with network assessment methodologies
