We're looking for a Network Engineer to join our team and help deliver robust, secure network solutions that power critical operations for our clients across Singapore. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies in both wired and wireless environments, contributing to projects that make a real difference.

This is more than just maintaining networks—it's about designing resilient infrastructure, solving complex challenges, and growing your expertise alongside talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do.

Network Design & Implementation

• Gather requirements and design network systems that meet our clients' needs
• Install, configure, and implement network infrastructure across diverse environments
• Plan and coordinate network changes with precision and care

Technology Management

• Manage enterprise firewalls including Checkpoint, Cisco FTD, and Palo Alto
• Administer Cisco Nexus switches and F5 load balancers
• Work with routing, switching, and network security technologies

Operations & Support

• Monitor network performance proactively to ensure optimal availability
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions
• Align daily operations with ITIL/ITSM best practices including incident, change, and problem management

Documentation & Continuity

• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation
• Keep accurate records of configurations, changes, and disaster recovery procedures
• Implement service continuity measures including backup and recovery strategies

Collaboration & Growth

• Support proposal preparation and solution presentations
• Provide technical guidance to team members
• Work alongside systems, cloud, and security engineers on integrated solutions

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewalls (essential)
• Knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall operations
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM methodologies
• Understanding of network security concepts (ACL, VPN, ISE)
• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification preferred

• Independent yet collaborative—you work well both solo and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting instincts
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
