Job Description
As a team member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will work under the leadership of:
- International & Corporate P&C team, which partners NCS Corporate Units and NCS Geographic Units. The team works with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams on regional P&C, talent and organisational initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of P&C priorities and programs across regions.
- AI Central P&C team, which partners a high-growth, strategic focus area within NCS, driving the organisation’s AI ambitions and building future-ready capabilities across the business.
Learning Opportunities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
People Experience & Engagement
- Supporting the planning and execution of engagement initiatives (e.g., team-building activities, wellness programmes)
- Developing written and visual content for internal communications (e.g., emailers, posters)
- Gathering and analysing employee feedback to identify insights and improvement areas
P&C Projects
- Supporting strategic and ad-hoc projects and organisational initiatives
- Analysing HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, dashboards)
- Researching industry best practices and benchmarking trends
Learning & Development
- Planning and coordinating learning sessions (e.g., sourcing of providers, content discussion, logistics arrangements)
- Preparing learning content and feedback forms
- Monitoring and reporting on training completion rates
Talent Management
- Support the team in their collaboration with leadership to identify and develop talent, build career pathways, and ensure robust succession plans for critical roles
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Documentation and operational support for onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with exit interview coordination and consolidation of feedback
Administrative Support
- Processing invoices, including coordinating approvals with senior leaders
- Preparing HR-related reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Eager to learn and grow in an HR environment, with exposure across business units and regional offices
- Proactive, takes initiative
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Curious with a growth mindset
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
