At NCS, you won’t just observe design work, you’ll be part of it. This internship is a chance to learn, contribute, and grow in a real delivery environment. As a UX/UI intern, you will:

• Be part of a collaborative and supportive design team within one of Singapore and Southeast Asia’s leading IT organisations

• Work alongside experienced designers and practitioners on real projects that impact users and communities

• Enjoy a positive and inclusive culture, with regular knowledge-sharing sessions such as brown bags and informal design discussions

What you’ll learn

You’ll gain hands-on exposure that helps bridge classroom learning with industry practice. With guidance from experienced mentors, you will:

• Strengthen your design thinking and problem-solving skills

• Learn how UX design works in real-world delivery settings, across platforms such as web, mobile, and XR (Extended Reality)

• Participate across the UX lifecycle, including user research, ideation, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing

• Build confidence using industry tools and workflows through practical, hands-on work

We believe the best way to learn is by doing, so expect to be involved, challenged, and supported throughout your internship.

What we’re looking for

• Undergraduate majoring in UXUI, Designing or any other related field.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator

• Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender is a bonus, but not required

• A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a strong willingness to learn
