Job Description
As a Business Strategy & Client Engagement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact client initiatives, including shaping new service offerings, analyzing client needs, and contributing to project positioning efforts. You will work closely with project leaders and cross-functional teams to drive value through data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business development, customer success, and consulting while leveraging tools and technology to deliver results more effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Support client strategy and sales enablement by assisting in client need analysis, defining new services, and preparing compelling value propositions and sales presentations.
- Drive project research and data analysis, including gathering market intelligence, collating information, and preparing reports to support strategic recommendations.
- Assist in customer success management, identifying improvement areas and contributing to the development of more efficient client engagement processes.
- Coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders to set up meetings, follow through on deliverables, and ensure alignment across touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools and productivity software to accelerate output and improve work quality across presentations, analysis, and communications.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and executive-ready presentation design.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and trends to provide actionable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Comfortable exploring new solutions, improving service design, and contributing ideas to enhance business outcomes.
- Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly and concisely.
Commencement date: June 2026 (min 5 months full time commitment)
The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is a change in business requirements and scope of work.
