  • Analyse complex client requirements and design scalable solutions within a highly customized SAP BRIM SOM landscape, handling large data volumes efficiently.
  • Configure and optimize key BRIM SOM components, including Subscription Management, Order Management, and Pricing, to support intricate business processes.
  • Develop and implement custom enhancements to BRIM SOM functionalities, ensuring alignment with specific business needs in a highly tailored environment.
  • Integrate BRIM SOM seamlessly with other SAP modules (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FICA) and third-party systems, ensuring end-to-end process orchestration.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, functional issues, and integration challenges in a complex, high-transaction-volume environment.
  • Continuously monitor and stay updated with SAP BRIM SOM releases, patches, and upgrades, implementing necessary improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Skill Set and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM).
  • Extensive expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and Subscription Order Management (SOM) within a highly customized, large-scale landscape.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Subscription Management, Order Management, Product Pricing, Contract Change Processes, CCM, and ODI to support complex business scenarios.
  • Strong proficiency in integrating BRIM SOM with other SAP modules, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FICA, and Convergent Mediation (CM), ensuring seamless end-to-end processing.
  • Ability to extend and tailor BRIM SOM functionalities using SAP AET or similar tools to address specific business needs in a highly customized environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a complex, high-transaction-volume landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Capable of working both independently and within a team, ensuring successful project delivery in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environments.
