Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation solutions using Mediation Zone, Convergent Mediation, or Digital Route.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM), to ensure seamless integration and process orchestration.
• Leverage strong Java development skills to enhance and optimize mediation functionalities for real-time and batch data processing.
• Implement and manage data mediation and archiving solutions to maintain data integrity, compliance, and performance within the SAP BRIM landscape.
• Engage in process orchestration and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) management to streamline data flow between upstream and downstream systems.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand mediation requirements, ensuring accurate data transformation and routing across SAP BRIM components.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for mediation-related challenges, ensuring smooth revenue management and billing operations.

Skill Set and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation.
• Expertise in designing and configuring end-to-end Convergent Mediation processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Experience working with highly customized and complex billing solutions, handling large-scale mediation data processing.
• Strong proficiency in designing and configuring mediation logic, including data transformation, enrichment, filtering, and aggregation.
• Hands-on experience with Convergent Mediation components such as event collection, normalization, rating, rerating, and data distribution across billing systems.
• Proficiency in Java APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integration frameworks to enable efficient data mediation between upstream and downstream systems.
• In-depth knowledge of rating, charging, refilling, and rerating processes in a Convergent Mediation environment.

Familiarity with healthcare industry billing models and regulatory compliance (added advantage).
