What we seek to accomplish together:
- To administer and manage ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer projects.
- Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirement
- To manage and handle ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer project.
- To apply ServiceNow software patches.
- To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.
- To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in IT industry, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows Server 2019
- One (1) or more years of experience with ServiceNow/ITIL
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Good People management skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services oriented
- Independent and goal-oriented
- Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Willing to work after office hours
