Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct market research and field surveys to identify business opportunities and target key market segments to support business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market research data and reports received from the direct manager and provide recommendations based on findings and insights.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with existing and prospective clients to ensure effective communication and facilitate business development opportunities.
  • Prepare client proposals and agreements, and follow up on the signing process and required approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships and direct communication with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and ensure business continuity with the Bank.
  • Follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable banking products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and market the Bank’s products and services, including account opening, customer deposits, loans, and digital banking services, while encouraging clients to utilize them.
  • Send proposals to clients, follow up on their status, and maintain accurate and organized records of all proposals and communications.
  • Conduct field visits to companies and existing clients to promote banking services and strengthen business relationships.
  • Carry out field visits to attract new clients and companies and expand the Bank’s customer base.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other professional events to promote the Bank’s products and services, in line with the direct manager’s instructions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on key performance indicators, achievement rates, and assigned tasks.
  • Submit daily reports outlining completed activities, achievements, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets related to banking products and services offered to private sector companies and their employees, as directed by the direct manager.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager in accordance with business needs and the Bank’s objectives.
