Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Electronic Services Senior Associate to support and enhance the digital banking experience for our Corporate, Commercial, and SME clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding customers to the bank’s electronic channels, resolving technical and operational issues, managing user access and authorizations, and promoting the adoption of digital banking solutions.

This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless banking experience for our clients.

 

Corporate Digital Banking Support

  • Provide comprehensive support for Corporate, Commercial, and SME clients using the bank’s electronic and online banking services.
  • Resolve issues related to digital banking transactions and ensure prompt and effective customer support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to online banking services and user access.

Operations & Administration

  • Review and process online banking applications submitted by corporate clients, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation and authorized signatories.
  • Create, maintain, and approve user profiles, access rights, and authorization levels within the corporate banking platform.
  • Review and verify transactions submitted by the banking operations team to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve system-related issues and service disruptions.
  • Monitor electronic banking operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Training & Engagement

  • Deliver training sessions to corporate customers on the effective use of the bank’s online banking platform and electronic services.
  • Conduct awareness and training programs for bank employees and customers on digital banking products and services.
  • Encourage customers to adopt and actively utilize the bank’s electronic channels and self-service solutions.
  • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations to maximize customers’ use of digital banking services.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, digital banking, electronic services, customer support, or a similar role.
