Job Description

  • Analyze business, customer, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
  • Monitor departmental performance and provide regular analytical reports.
  • Prepare management presentations and performance summaries.
  • Control and monitor the retail portfolio, per branch and per product.
  • Support business units with ad-hoc data requests and analytical studies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, profitability, and behavioral analyses.
  • Validate campaign performance measurement and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business departments to enhance data availability and reporting capabilities.
  • Document methodologies, data sources, and reporting processes.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software Engineering , or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Additional Information

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • SQL and database querying.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques.
