Job Description

Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and redesign banking processes to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
· Evaluate data, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
· Lead process transformation and automation initiatives in collaboration with business and technology
teams.
· Drive change management, ensuring smooth adoption through stakeholder engagement and
communication.
· Support continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
· Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and deliver employee training.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assess impact on risk, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related
field.
· Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPM are a plus.
· 3-5 years' experience in Process Re-engineering, Business Analysis, Automation, or Continuous
Improvement.
· Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
. Proven track record in delivering successful process transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
