Job Description
Technical & Operational Tasks:
- Perform credit inquiries: Conduct accurate customer inquiries through the Central Bank Credit Information Exchange (ICI) system, in accordance with approved procedures and controls.
- Data reconciliation: Verify that the data uploaded to the Credit Information Exchange system matches the internal banking system to ensure accuracy.
- Data discrepancy correction: Identify any inconsistencies between the two systems and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt correction.
- Compliance with Central Bank instructions: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and Central Bank guidelines related to credit inquiry procedures.
- Coordination with concerned departments: Work closely with the Data Management and Operations departments to ensure data consistency and updates in line with Central Bank requirements.
- Adherence to policies and procedures: Strictly follow approved policies and procedures to ensure reliable and efficient execution of credit inquiries.
- Training and self-development: Stay updated on any changes related to credit inquiry systems or Central Bank regulations to enhance performance quality.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager to achieve the objectives of the Credit Monitoring Department.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
