Job Description

To provide analytical and operational support to the Compliance Governance function by managing data, preparing regulatory reports, monitoring risk indicators, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of information used in regulatory and compliance decision-making.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage data and ensure its quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc regulatory and compliance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop dashboards to visualize compliance levels across departments.
  • Track the implementation of audit recommendations and regulatory findings (Audit Findings Tracking).
  • Prepare SQL queries and Power BI reports as required.
  • Support the annual Risk-Based Assessment (RBA) by providing relevant data and analytical insights.
  • Prepare and analyze data required for internal and external audit activities.
  • Maintain reporting records in accordance with the approved data retention policy.
  • Support management decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Follow up on system-related issues impacting data integrity and reporting.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data consistency and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Financial & Banking Sciences or Accounting or a relevant field 

1–3 years of relevant experience required
