Job Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating program implementation between internal departments and pre-selected vendors. Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Work with the sales team to manage the execution of client programs and to meet pre-set deadlines
  • Program setup and implementation with internal applications and external vendors.
  • Review of client programs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in accordance with company guidelines and policies. 
  • Review of projects for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in developing internal processes. Preparation of program specs and training to distribute to the appropriate internal functional groups (wed development, production, vendor management, accounting, and sales)
  • Data collection to assist with preparation of company and departmental reports
  • Use Salesforce (CRM) and other company internal software to monitor company records and its outcomes and to perform daily functions.
  • Program performance oversight including quality assurance, error resolution, limit enforcement, fraud, and customer support
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of new products, services, and user experience.
  • Daily operational support and management of designated third party vendors/partners.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in B2B client interaction and a clear understanding of national brand needs and relations preferred. 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent professional communication skills with a keen ability to focus on and engage people to discern the relevant details of a project are required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all areas of the Company and all levels of management
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Exceptional email and telephone communication skills necessary
  • Self-motivator with a strong sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
  • Strong team skills and the ability to be self-directed and proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with concentration on Microsoft Excel, and other database management systems
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
