Job Description
Reporting into the Director Commercial – Agent Markets SEAI, the Franchise and Retail Marketing Intern for Southeast Asia and India (SEAI) will support our licensees, retailers and agent activities across the region.
- Lead local and regional marketing approvals across retail, mall and licensee submissions
- Localise global social content for our regions in partnership with Southeast Asia agent
- Maintain updated sales materials including brand decks, sales sheets and welcome packs
- Create regular E-Newsletters for external partners with franchise and retail updates
- Assist with key trade events through managing invite lists, product samples and presentations
- Assist with tracking changing trends in the region on digital, broadcast/content, retail and competitive landscape
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required
- Sharing best practice inspiration with agents
- Assist with the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential partners and retailers
- Help with other adhoc tasks as required to support the team
- Presentation of project to the management team at the end of internship
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop
- Detail oriented and organised, with exceptional prioritisation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication and a great team player
- Rights to work in Australia,

This part-time internship requires a 9-month commitment from March 2027 to December 2027.
