We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive design program manager to support our design and product teams in delivering a world-class streaming experience. This role will focus on driving coordination and execution across product initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and efficiency from concept to launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands design and product development workflows, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning, tracking and delivery of multiple initiatives across design and product, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals and timelines.
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with product requirements.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across disciplines, including marketing, data and research.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to design, product and engineering processes, supporting scalable ways of working across teams.
- Facilitate the scoping of design requests from product, and communicate with stakeholders to help move product initiatives forward.
- Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals, resolve issues, identify clear next steps, and escalate roadblocks when necessary.
- Communicate progress, risks and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain project tracking tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable and Figma.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a project or program manager.
- Strong understanding of design and product lifecycles, from roadmapping and initial requirements through final delivery and release.
- Proven ability to work with product designers, product managers, and technology partners.
- Ability to manage high-impact initiatives with competing deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and complex dependencies.
- Ability to operate independently and multi-task in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Airtable).
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide clarity and structure in an environment of constant change.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in design or product operations, or design program management within a product-driven organization.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
- Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing design and product vendors and contractors.
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
