Job Description
NBC News Group Commerce is seeking a versatile Creative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Art Team to coordinate productions for Commerce brands and initiatives while assisting in the creation of graphics and photos as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Art Team to support all visual asset production and management
- Assist with shotlists and production presentations for Art Team
- Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules, call sheets, and photoshoot presentations
- Monitor and maintain our Data Asset Management System (DAM)
- Track and catalogue large number of pre-production products
- Create a sample and product library of current in-house products
- Call in samples and manage product returns
- Work with Social and Data Analytics to collect data and present it to Art Team
- Attend productions and assist the Art Director and Senior Production Staff with tasks
- Help photograph broadcast segments and editorial UGC content as needed
- Help create graphics to support our in-house Graphic Designer as needed

Salary range: $25/hr-$28/hr (overtime eligible)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography or a related field
- 1+ year of experience as a Photo or Production Assistant for an editorial brand
- Comfortable using a CMS and Online Data Asset Management system is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge or interest in graphic design, photography, production and photo editing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
