Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design, creation and edit of still and motion graphics
  • Deliver graphic elements and motion graphic packages as specified for broadcast
  • Assist senior artists with editing/proofreading duties
  • Assist in archival and retrival of graphic assets and project files
  • Research and request photos from photo editors
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts
  • Must have at least one year professional (film, tv or advertising) experience working in motion graphics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Ilustrator.
  • Knowledge of various audio, video and image file formats and ability to convert or compress to various required specifications
  • Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours, This can include work on holidays and weekends. 
  • Interested candidates must submit a reel and resume/CV online to be considered

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D
  • Ability to work under intense deadlines and quickly edit or adjust “day of” segments for broadcast

Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
