Job Description

The Coordinator, Creative Partnerships, Golf position is responsible for supporting creative development and execution of custom partnership programs within NBC Sports’ Golf portfolio. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality creative solutions across linear, digital, and social platforms. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Development, Golf, the Coordinator will work on projects tied to major golf properties including PGA TOUR, USGA, The Masters, LPGA and other marquee events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing creative concepts and sponsorable assets for Golf-related initiatives
  • Support the end-to-end process for partnership activations, from ideation through execution
  • Maintain and update internal catalogs of creative elements across platforms
  • Liaise with production teams and clients during custom content shoots
  • Oversee internal tracking systems for creative requests and deliverables
  • Draft creative briefs and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including budget tracking and reporting
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies

Qualifications

  • College degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in a media company, agency, or sports-related environment with exposure to creative development and promotional execution
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent business writing and presentation development skills
  • Familiarity with creative development processes and promotional execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut preferred

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 (overtime eligible)
