The Retail Operations Intern will focus on foundational tasks to support Retail Operations Senior Manager in retail projects involving retailers and licensees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Project Support and Execution

• Support the retail team with point of sales material/product list and logistics tracking
• Support standard operating procedure (SOP) optimization and documentation updates
• Conduct on-site photography for retail activities for documentation and project reference

2. Product Data Collection and Compilation

• Consolidate channel sales data and provide sales reports to the team
• Support the retail team with regular updates to product catalogues and list of licensees

Basic Requirements: 

• Students majoring in business administration, marketing, communication studies, or other relevant fields are preferred
• Undergraduate students in their 3rd year of studies and above are preferred
• Enthusiasm for entertainment and IP licensing industry
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in business English and Chinese
• Able to physically work in Shanghai office at least 4 days a week for a minimum of 6 months starting from mid-late June or early July 2026
