Job Description
As the Director, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, you will report directly to the SVP, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, driving cross-functional alignment around strategy and operations for enterprise partnerships, including management of external relationships and corporate partners.
As NBCUniversal’s media business shifts towards streaming and greater technology enablement, the opportunity to grow strategic and commercial partnerships with large-cap technology and consumer-oriented companies is accelerating. Today, business unit-level partnerships and relationships constitute the primary focus, which will be complemented through this role that works across NBCU’s Ad Sales division and the broader company to grow key partnerships and drive revenue.
You will represent the priorities of the Global Advertising & Partnerships strategy and roadmap, and work closely with key stakeholders across NBCU and Comcast.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key enterprise partnerships with both established and top potential partners with a strong focus on commercial growth (both revenue and costs), external relationship management and internal stakeholder alignment
- Organize the planning, agenda setting and next steps for regularly occurring, cross-functional, enterprise focused meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations, ensure seamless execution of priority initiatives, & execute plans needed to drive rapid revenue growth
- Represent Ad Sales in the management of Media Group Initiatives that require consolidated input or executive communication planning
- Cultivate strong relationships within and outside of the organization to identify, initiate and lead partnership and growth strategy initiatives
- Work with corporate development and finance teams to deliver financial snapshots of cross company accounts
- Liaise deal structures for identified accounts, in collaboration with procurement and key business units across Comcast NBCUniversal
- Communicate the vision and status of strategic initiatives to senior executives and their teams at all levels of the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and building consensus
- Work closely with operators across wider Enterprise, Marketing and Communication organization on vendor identification and usage for workflow automation, pipeline management and revenue tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience directly working in media and/or advertising at a leading corporation, agency, technology platform and/or management consulting firm
- Experience leading enterprise partnerships, strategic accounts, or commercial initiatives within a matrixed organization, with demonstrated impact on revenue growth, cost optimization, and complex deal execution
- Proven cross‑functional leadership partnering with Ad Sales, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to support enterprise initiatives, executive communications, and consolidated financial views for priority accounts
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, including improving processes, aligning stakeholders, and leveraging workflow automation, pipeline management, and revenue tracking tools to support scaled growth and execution
Desired Characteristics:
- Demonstrable business acumen with legacy media talent and executives, with a foundational understanding of the advertising sales marketplace
- Proven communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts, defining value propositions and championing the voice of sales
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
Salary range: $115,000 - 155,000 (bonus + long-term incentive eligible)
