Job Description
This role sits at the center of Peacock’s digital advertising business, owning core financial planning, reporting, and revenue analytics for Peacock ad sales. The Manager will drive forecasting, performance analysis, and revenue insights, working cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, and Finance leadership to optimize monetization and inform key business decisions.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Finance - Digital & Streaming.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP) for Peacock digital ad sales
- Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Finance teams on broader portfolio reporting and analysis, including weekly cash reporting, agency reporting, and demand channel tracking across the entire NBCUniversal Digital portfolio
- Analyze key revenue drivers including traffic, ad load, pricing, sell-through and product mix
- Deliver clear insights and build executive-ready reporting on Peacock Digital Ad Sales pacing and performance
- Oversee Monthly Close process, coordinating with Ad Sales and Divisional Finance teams on revenue accounting and recognition
- Develop expertise in digital and streaming ad market trends, growth, and competition
- Manage, develop, and motivate at least one direct report
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
- Experience supporting revenue-generating teams; digital advertising experience highly preferred
- Solid financial modeling, analytical, and data visualization skills (advanced Excel required)
- Ability to leverage data into strategic insights for senior leadership
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills
- Positive energy, priority management, and ability to multi-task
Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
Willingness to travel and work overtime.
