Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, creative marketer who knows how to break through a crowded marketplace. This role offers a unique opportunity for you to help shape the future of NBCUniversal’s partnerships and redefine how advertisers connect with audiences on Peacock.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll partner with the Director, Creative Partnerships for Peacock to support pre- and post-sale initiatives that elevate advertiser storytelling and drive measurable results. You’ll help guide cross-functional decisions that fuel growth across revenue, product, measurement, content, and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Support Director in the execution of content and product-led Peacock marketing initiatives, including independently leading production of Peacock Ad Innovations
- Lead development of content overview and packaging materials, working with cross-functional partners (including Sales, Planning, and Research) to continuously optimize Peacock positioning and elements within materials
- Manage pre-sale brainstorms and in-bound RFP requests that prove why Peacock partnerships are more creative and effective than others in-market
- Develop new sales opportunities and identify emerging marketing opportunities with Peacock’s content and ad experience that will serve as compelling thought starters for client conversations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably at a media company, media agency, sales organization, or within a consumer marketing function)
- Experience working with brand advertising and marketing
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office suite-- Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
- General understanding and interest in overall AVOD and SVOD marketplace
Desired Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Interest in and knowledge of Peacock programming
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong design acumen, for use in material development
- Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
- Strong communication & writing skills, including ability and comfort with presenting to external and internal partners
- Ability to translate data into tangible ideas and solutions
- Highly developed attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. Monday - Thursday with flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate.
