Job Description

The Coordinator, Franchise & Brand Marketing, EMEA will support the EMEA Franchise team across a wide range of operational, administrative, creative, and logistics-based responsibilities. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the team, seamless workflow across multiple internal and external partners, and timely delivery of franchise marketing materials and assets.

This role partners closely with the full Franchise team across our 2026 theatrical slate and our priority Franchises; including Jurassic World, Minions, Dragons, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Fast & Furious, Shrek, and more. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Support & Ad-Hoc Coordination

  • Support collation of planning documents, tracking tools, and team communications
  • Source and gather all necessary background materials, such as research, Franchise updates, cross divisional timelines and other supplemental documents internally.
  • Support in the creation of pitches, presentation and campaign overviews
  • Conduct administrative tasks for the team, such as taking meeting notes, organizing team meetings, compiling meeting agendas, and distributing materials as needed.
  • Support team calendar scheduling and occasional travel coordination
  • Manage special projects as requested and assist other team members as necessary

Asset Management (Physical & Digital)

  • Maintain asset libraries and ensure accurate file organization
  • Coordinate distribution of physical and digital assets to partners
  • Manage access requests and user permissions
  • Support lifecycle refresh of digital asset folders and archival processes

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Keynote, and basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere preferred)
  • Basic Research/Data analysis experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
