Job Description
WMAQ-TV & WSNS-TV, the NBC & Telemundo television station duopoly in Chicago, is looking for a highly creative commercial sales producer to work on commercials, client integrations, social content and special projects. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and should be able to work flexible hours. You love coming up with creative ideas, selling them, then delivering on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute branded and creative content.
- Pitch, plan, shoot, and edit image/branding campaigns for external and internal clients.
- Work with news and digital teams on social campaigns.
- Assist in the production of long formatted shows.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Possess confidence with clients, in the edit room, and on the set.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong broadcast production/field production skill set.
- BS/BA degree.
- Minimum 2 years of television experience producing promotional content.
- Should be able to work efficiently while meeting continuous deadlines.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Able to work longer weekly hours as well as weekends when necessary, with short notice.
- Must be willing to work in Chicago, IL.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
