Job Description

NBC News Digital is seeking a Commerce Partnerships Sr. Associate to help scale our growing Commerce business. In this role, you’ll serve as the key connector between NBC Select, Shop TODAY, and top-tier brands, retailers, and organizations – driving collaboration, execution, and strategic growth for the commerce business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for commerce enterprise and strategic partners  
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and strategic financial and retail partners while identifying opportunities for upsells and new initiatives   
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of sponsored partnerships, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met 
  • Coordinate across internal teams, including Shop TODAY and NBC Select Editorial, Operations, and Commerce Studios to launch commerce sponsorships 
  • Prepare marketing proposals, performance recaps, and post-campaign reports, including decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support commerce leadership in developing new franchises and innovative programs. 
  • This role reports to the Head of Commerce Partnerships. 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working with financial brands 
  • Minimum 4 years of affiliate or partnership management experience 
  • Minimum 4 year of business development experience 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings and can translate partner goals into actionable plans. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000
