The Product Manager, Streaming Video Engineering, will play a critical role in driving innovation across Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) tooling and monitoring platforms. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data and ROI analysis to prioritize initiatives, and shaping product roadmaps. By introducing and integrating emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation, and machine learning, the role ensures NBCUniversal remains at the forefront of streaming video operations and delivers reliable, scalable solutions to support global distribution.
- Work across DNOC tools and monitoring systems to identify opportunities for innovation and ecosystem improvement
- Use data analysis and ROI metrics to prioritize initiatives and guide product roadmaps
- Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate and implement emerging technologies including generative AI, automation, and machine learning
- Lead integration of new tools and workflows into existing systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, performance, and financial impact of technology investment
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of innovative solutions across global teams
- Deliver enablement workshops and training to foster understanding and adoption of new technologies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing innovation with resource constraints and helping to establish long‑term strategic goals and roadmaps

Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience working with Operations teams
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Product Support or DevOps
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in staff management with a proven track record of effective leadership, high energy, and strong team collaboration
- Minimum three (3) years of experience leading a support team to successful issue resolution
- Knowledge of common persistence frameworks and languages including Python, JavaScript, SQL.
Desired Characteristics
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive background in product management, customer success, and technical leadership across AI, IoT, and streaming platforms
- Experience designing, delivering, and auditing training programs and enablement workshops for global teams
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based solution patterns, including prompt design, model evaluation, and retrieval pipeline optimization.
- Experience designing and delivering API-based integrations and interoperability across enterprise platforms and systems.
- Experience working in modern cloud environments, including but not limited to AWS and Azure.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects, managing change initiatives, and optimizing operations workflows and monitoring systems in high-availability environments
- Deep technical expertise with digital video and audio systems, SDK integrations, telemetry, troubleshooting workflows, and test techniques
- Strong foundation in data engineering and statistics, with ability to apply financial and performance analysis to guide decisions and measure ROI
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence diverse teams and executive stakeholders
- Flexible and resilient, able to respond effectively under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Track record of delivering measurable impact, including driving adoption, retention, and securing multimillion-dollar renewals with vendors and related service providers
