About Us:

NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. NBCUniversal’s content portfolio includes a vast and diverse library of more than 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, kids, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal Television, UCP, Universal International Studios, Sky Studios, NBC Late Night properties, DreamWorks Animation, Telemundo, and more, as well as locally produced content from around the world. Job Description:

This is a coordinator position that will be supporting the Global TV Distribution Publicity & Communications team based in the LA office. This is an opportunity to work with the team that helps to promote NBCUniversal’s vast portfolio of stellar TV series and films to audiences around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the compilation and internal dissemination of daily press clippings
  • Assist in retrieving reviews and clippings from broadcaster clients, as needed
  • Create “raves” documents for show titles, as needed
  • Maintain and update the international launch dates calendar
  • Update and edit the bi-monthly client PR support summary
  • Update and maintain distribution lists and contacts lists for press clips, launch dates calendar, client PR support summary, broadcaster PR, talent representatives and international media
  • Manage all Communications magazine subscriptions and renewals
  • Pull licensee lists for show titles, as needed
  • Assist with arranging talent travel, transportation, and hotel accommodations, and with creating/updating talent press trip schedules
  • Support content publicity requests, when applicable
  • Create and maintain media nomination grids for press junkets
  • Prepare sales market product listings for trade publications and pull relevant artwork to accompany listings
  • Assist with gathering pertinent show information for relevant awards submissions
  • Support staffing, logistics, and talent/media relations for press events (e.g., junkets, TCAs)
  • Support PR team with coordinating meetings and conference calls, as needed
  • Assist with internal communications initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the Publicity/Communications team (e.g., tracking and reconciling invoices and receipts for P-Card charges, maintaining the budget tracker)

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, events, communications or related field.
  • MAC & PC proficient 
  • Proficient at MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams); Adobe Acrobat and Keynote; Slack; and embraces new workplace technology
  • Fluency in English required, comprehension in other languages a plus

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva preferred
  • Self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and organized - able to work independently and reliably without extensive supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and engaging communicator, both in writing and speaking, with employees at all levels
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and occasional weekends, sometimes with short notice

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
