Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. As a Finance Intern at Universal Studios Hollywood, you’ll discover how finance powers the magic behind the park. You’ll take on meaningful projects that support real business decisions, collaborating with teams across operations, retail, and entertainment. This internship offers hands-on experience, professional development, and a front-row seat to how data and insights shape unforgettable guest experiences.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be actively pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution, or must be a recent graduate (internship within six months of graduation date) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Current class standing of Sophomore or above.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, & holidays.
• Must be willing to submit a background check investigation. An official educational transcript may be required upon request.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Passion for the themed entertainment industry.
• Demonstrated leadership or teamwork experience in academic, work, or extracurricular settings.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
• Previous internship or project-based experience in a financial or analytical role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity to explore how finance supports creative, operational, and guest-facing decisions.

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
