Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Position Overview Responsibilities:

The Manager, Creative Operations- Peacock, is a dynamic, production savvy project professional responsible for managing and supporting the creation of compelling creative for NBCU’s single title original marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent production management skills across video, print, digital and events, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations and will be a key stakeholder to creative, social, strategy and marketing teams within the Peacock Brand Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.

  • Project manage all facets of creative development from strategy and production, through to delivery and execution for Peacock Original Series campaigns
  • Manage and support project planning, timelines, and budgets with the goal of delivering world-class creative on time, on budget and with minimal error
  • Support campaign execution across various workstreams including post-production and media versioning.
  • Facilitate version control, approvals, and delivery of all campaign assets.
  • Oversee the media management and organization of confidential show material and ensure proper access for all required teams
  • Create and improve required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets, as well as meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
  • Identify risk within a campaign and mitigate and/or escalate as necessary
  • Represent Creative Ops and advocate for project management standards and best practices
  • Help lead special initiatives and projects to help establish more efficient processes across team.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and support.
  • Provide day-to-day logistical and administrative support to ensure campaigns remain on track.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience leading production centric projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
  • Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
