Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the operational execution of NBCU’s advertising product marketing initiatives. This role will play a vital part in tracking timelines, maintaining GTM collateral, and helping the team stay aligned and ready to execute across multiple workstreams. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with team members across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategy, and Product.
Responsibilities:
Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manage internal asset repositories (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessible
Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one-sheets
Manage intake requests and assist with prioritization across the PMM team and stakeholders
Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefings
Coordinate with creative/design teams to facilitate asset development and on-time delivery
Qualifications
1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, project coordination, or media
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams
Open to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime
