Job Description
The NBCUniversal Studio Services team is looking for a collaborative, results-driven
creative and self-motivated Costume Associate to join our Studio Costume/Wardrobe
operation in Doraville, GA.
In this role you will use your experience in modern and vintage apparel to operate a
customer friendly environment for film industry costumers and stylists.
What You’ll Do...
- Participate in office administration responsibilities such as answering phones, giving directions, ordering supplies, unpacking incoming shipments, and onboarding customers
- Develop an interactive knowledge of the specific needs of film industry costume departments, research costume designers and costume crew key players
- Respond to customers with a helpful sense of urgency and interest in their specific project
- Follow existing sizing, tagging, and check in/out processes
- Understand the fashion scene and keep up with current fashion trends
- Knowledge of period clothing from all decade

What You Must Have…
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role using skills that include application of extensive knowledge of clothing, styles, fabrics, patterns, shoes, jewelry, and accessories by decade
- 1 + years of experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and working with a high volume of throughput
- Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed. Including shifts standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crouching, and moving up to 25 lbs. of clothing, shoes and accessories in a warehouse environment
What Would Make You A Stand-Out:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Work experience in film production/retail/IT
- Strong analytical skills that drive operational innovation
- Ability to troubleshoot computer problems
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities: client needs, operational issues and deadlines
- Excellent client service mentality
Additional Requirements:
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
