Job Description

We are looking for a media-savvy, data-driven Manager of Audience Strategy to join our team. The role will support the Performance Media team in audience planning and strategy, testing and insights sharing in an effort to drive acquisition and subscriber engagement for Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.


  • Develop deep understanding of all available 3P, 2P, 1P audience sources
  • Provide strategic audience guidance and recommendations to drive platform growth for Peacock DTC product
  • Identify best performing audience segments that drive efficient penetration among target segments
  • Stay abreast of various audience segmentation work i.e. behavioral, viewership, model-based
  • Work with internal tools and systems to source audience recommendations
  • Partner with Decision Sciences and S&P to run analyses to uncover insights that drive value and efficiency for performance marketing teams
  • Work with performance teams to set audience learning agenda and develop tests to gather learnings with the intention to discover opportunities, find efficiencies, reduce overlap
  • Own and lead knowledge sharing discussions related to audience segmentation
  • Conduct quarterly business meetings to review learnings and key results
  • Manage reporting and analytic requests between performance and analytics teams
  • Own and lead knowledge sharing discussions related to audience segmentation
  • Maintain repository of relevant analyses, reports, postmortems, and presentations related to audience work
  • Manage prioritization within Clean Room audience requests and analyses based on upcoming content campaign calendar
  • Monitor TAM for key market segments


  • 4+ years’ experience direct response marketing required
  • Experience driving acquisition and engagement through paid media campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive strategic marketing plans for large, complex organizations
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly around attributing incremental uplift of media campaigns
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
  • Knowledge of the media planning process preferred
  • Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience a plus
