Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Integration team efforts by supporting the operation and maintenance of Universal Studios Hollywood’s (USH) proprietary client web stores and client API connections, as well, as coordinating Universal Studios Hollywood client transitions to new Universal Parks & Resorts (UPR) applications.  Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations of the Business to Business (B2B) e-Ticket System and USH Connect API configurations, which is used by most clients to transact their daily purchase and distribution of Universal Studios Hollywood e-tickets. This position also works with our USH Sales Managers and UPR cross-functional teams to coordinate new client connections starting with onboarding discussions through testing and launch.  The ideal candidate in this role is a dynamic, detail-oriented, and personable team player that works cross-functionally with various teams/departments to ensure the smooth operation for both our external and internal partners of these vital sales process systems.


  • Support internal team members, and external clients, with Web Store & API system related requests/questions
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and administration of our internal sales platforms
  • Manage pricing configurations, with internal teams, for all sales channels
  • Organize and support sales managers in all client system integration needs
  • Maintenance/review of e-ticket templates, icons, etc.
  • Assist with set-up, upload and testing of all tickets
  • Resolution of technical issues relating to our sales ticketing systems
  • Correspondence with sales team members on price changes, new ticket products and scheduled maintenance for our sales platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal team members
  • Partner with I.T., sales, finance and operations teams to maintain smooth operation of our sales platforms and B2B e-ticket system
  • Coordinate ongoing internal team member/client communications and training (i.e. product/price changes, scheduled maintenance to the website)
  • Partner with sales managers for partner communications and introductions to appropriate client system development teams


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; major in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint
  • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
