Job Description

The Brand Growth & Innovation Coordinator will report to the BG&I Director and will assist in the team’s objective of tapping into Bravo’s passionate fandom to create brand elevating experiences that are scalable and monetizable – examples include fan experiences (BravoCon, Watch Party by Bravo, etc.), Commerce & Licensing (Shop by Bravo) and digital extensions (Bravo podcast, Bravo Insider, etc.)  

Coordinator will support a highly motivated marketing team in concepting, developing and executing these experiences by working with cross-functional teams in the Cable Entertainment group and external partners. This includes brand initiatives including experiential, tentpole cultural events and activations, strategic collaborations/partnerships, and E-commerce initiatives.  

The ideal candidate will have a creative sensibility and strategic acumen, will be a highly organized self-starter while demonstrating thorough attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 2+ years of experience. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Help support team in developing buzzworthy, innovative and monetizable growth initiatives & experiences to support Cable Entertainment Brand initiatives and original programming  
  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments in executing all projects (including but not limited to social, digital, publicity, marketing creative and production, research, programming, legal, and multiplatform media)   
  • Support team with day-to-day communications with internal key stakeholders and external agency partners, including administrative tasks and meeting or presentation logistics 
  • Serve as point person within the department on cultural insights and research, monitoring and proactively sharing emerging trends across multiple industries to inform brand growth and innovation team goals  
  • Serve as key point for Shop by Bravo and other merchandising efforts for all experiences 
  • Assist in the development of promotional briefs, creative briefs, presentation decks and experience recap decks to be shared with internal and external partners   
  • Serve as main point of contact for BG&I team assigned projects, by coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables on a regular basis  
  • Continuously ideate, identify and share creative and strategic marketing ideas & stay on top of industry trends, events and unique opportunities    

  • Serve as point person for processing and tracking invoices on a regular basis while assisting in managing overall department budget & quarterly pacing  

  • Help manage quarterly department interns including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and overseeing the overall intern experience  

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and an excellent communicator 
  • Proactive,and accountable; curiosity to learn new things/processes  
  • Ability to respond to needs quickly and adapt accordingly on fast paced, ever-changing projects 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) 
  • Personally, and professionally self-aware and emotionally intelligent 
  • Collaborative with a can-do attitude, ability to work as a team player who builds effective working relationships 
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level 
  • Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with minimal follow up from assigned leaders 
  • Preferred candidate should demonstrate a hands-on approach to on-site work and exhibit flexibility for travel requirements 
  • Strong proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to act efficiently 
  • Calm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times 
  • 2+ years experience  
  • NYC-based, in office Tuesday-Thursday (subject to change)

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
